Magic

The Oxford Dictionary defines magic as “a secret power of appearing to make impossible things happen by saying special words or doing special things.”

To me, that sounds like falling in love.

Isn’t it the same thing?

Magic should be a love language.

Sometimes we feel it is impossible to find that love connection. Then someone says something intimate, or does something that makes us feel seen, and boom — fireworks.

We are hooked.

Addicted to the feeling of being special to another.

Perhaps that is the true magic of falling in love.
