You didn't see me.

There are surprises in life that shock. Not because they are special or ah ha moments, but because they take my breath away.

They surprise me because the description or assumption you just made about me is so far from my reality that I am in a little disbelief.

How could you not see me, how for all of these years did you miss who I really am.
