A Life Lived on Purpose

Woman wearing a delicate flower crown in warm sunlight, representing the many crowns and roles we wear throughout a life lived on purpose.

There is a true treasure in the slow mystique of a life lived on purpose.

Too often we rush from pillar to post, wearing the many crowns that life places upon us.

How many times each day do we exchange those crowns without even noticing?

Drifting between roles in an effort to be more productive. To tick boxes. To prove that we achieved something today, even though the outside world rarely sees what we truly do.

Slowing down does not mean we are lazy.

It simply means we respect our own time and focus on what matters in the day.

It is not the to-do list or the never ending brain dump.

It is noticing the new bud blooming.

The scent of the changing season.

Taking the time to taste the coffee, rather than merely inhaling it.

Perhaps living on purpose isn't about fitting more into our days.

Perhaps it is about being present enough to notice the life already happening within them.
